AESTHER EKME offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and protective packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our warehouse address; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the item for quality assurance and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
